3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, VoltaCellSa will contact the customer and may offer an alternative product or refund the applicable amount.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.

VoltaCell reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

An order is subject to confirmation and successful payment.

VoltaCellSa reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues or product availability issues.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.

VoltaCell may not release or dispatch an order until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier availability and other circumstances beyond VoltaCell’s reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers may receive tracking information where available.

8. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of a product passes to the customer once full payment has been received, subject to applicable law.

VoltaCell remains responsible for the product until it has been delivered to the customer or otherwise transferred in accordance with the applicable delivery arrangement.

9. Pre-Owned Products

All pre-owned products are sold as used products unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers acknowledge that pre-owned devices may have cosmetic signs of previous use, including minor scratches, marks or other normal indications of use.

The condition of each device will be described as accurately as reasonably possible on the relevant product listing.

Where applicable, information regarding device specifications, storage capacity, colour, model, battery condition and cosmetic condition will be provided in the product listing.
